1. Introduction and Acceptance

Welcome to charge.funfuture.online (the "Platform"), operated by FUN FUTURE PTE. LTD. (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our"), a company incorporated in the Republic of Singapore with its registered address at 187 Punggol Central, #10-265, Singapore 820187.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and the Company governing your access to and use of the Platform and its services. By accessing, browsing, or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Platform.

2. Description of Services

The Company provides an online platform that facilitates mobile telecommunications recharge services for Indian mobile numbers. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Prepaid mobile recharge (talk time top-up)
• Data pack activation
• Plan recharges for various Indian telecom operators
• Postpaid bill payment facilitation
• SMS pack and validity extension services

The Company acts as an intermediary between the User and the respective Indian telecom operators. We do not own, operate, or control any telecommunications network or infrastructure.

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• Be a resident of Singapore or have a valid Singapore bank account (for PayNow payments) or a valid UPI account (for UPI payments)
• Not be prohibited from using the services under any applicable law

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet all the eligibility requirements stated above.

4. User Accounts

4.1 Account Registration

You may be required to create an account to access certain features of the Platform. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at cs@funfuture.online.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• PayNow: Electronic fund transfer via Singapore's PayNow system in Singapore Dollars (SGD)
• UPI: Unified Payments Interface payments processed through Stripe payment gateway in Indian Rupees (INR)

5.2 Pricing and Fees

All prices are displayed on the Platform before confirmation of any transaction. The Company reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Service fees, if applicable, will be clearly disclosed before you confirm your payment.

5.3 Stripe Payment Processing

UPI payments are processed through Stripe, Inc. and its affiliates ("Stripe"). By using UPI as a payment method, you also agree to be bound by Stripe's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, available at stripe.com/legal. Stripe may collect and process your payment information in accordance with their privacy practices.

5.4 Exchange Rates

For PayNow payments in SGD, the applicable exchange rate will be determined by the Company at the time of transaction and will be clearly displayed. The Company reserves the right to adjust exchange rates based on prevailing market conditions.

6. Transaction Processing

6.1 Processing Time

While we strive to process all recharges instantly, actual processing time may vary depending on the telecom operator's systems. The Company does not guarantee instant processing and shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party operators.

6.2 Transaction Accuracy

It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of all details (mobile number, operator, plan) before confirming a transaction. The Company shall not be liable for recharges made to incorrect numbers due to user error.

6.3 Failed Transactions

In the event of a failed transaction (where payment is received but the recharge is not successfully applied), a full refund will be processed to the original payment method within 3-5 business days, subject to the terms of our Refund Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law:

• The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform.
• The Company's total liability for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of fees paid by you to the Company in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
• The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from: (a) telecom operator network failures or outages; (b) delays in processing caused by third parties; (c) unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain password security; (d) force majeure events.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of FUN FUTURE PTE. LTD. or its licensors and is protected by Singapore and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform or any other systems or networks connected to the Platform
• Use the Platform to transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Platform's functionality
• Use the Platform for money laundering or financing of terrorism activities
• Resell or redistribute services obtained through the Platform without prior written consent
• Provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FUN FUTURE PTE. LTD., its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) your breach of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law; or (d) your infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in full force and effect.

12. Dispute Resolution

12.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12.2 Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Singapore.

12.3 Mediation

Before initiating legal proceedings, parties agree to attempt resolution through mediation via the Singapore Mediation Centre (SMC) for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of written notice of dispute.

13. Changes to Terms

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Platform with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

3. Purposes of Collection and Use

• To provide, maintain, and improve our recharge services
• To process transactions and send transaction confirmations
• To verify your identity for security and regulatory compliance (KYC/AML)

Our services are not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a minor, please contact us immediately.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform or via email. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.

Refund Policy

1. Overview

FUN FUTURE PTE. LTD. strives to ensure all transactions are processed accurately and successfully. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued for recharge services purchased through charge.funfuture.online.

2. Automatic Refunds

A full automatic refund will be issued in the following circumstances:

• Failed Recharge: Payment was received but the recharge could not be applied to the target mobile number due to technical failures on our end or the operator's end
• Operator Unavailability: The selected operator's systems were unavailable at the time of the transaction
• Duplicate Charges: You were charged more than once for the same transaction
• System Error: A technical error on our platform resulted in an incorrect charge

Automatic refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days to the original payment method.

3. Refund Request Eligibility

You may request a refund under the following conditions:

• The recharge was applied to the wrong number due to a system error (not user input error)
• The recharge amount or plan applied differs from what was selected and confirmed
• The transaction has been pending for more than 24 hours without confirmation

4. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will NOT be issued in the following circumstances:

• User Error: The recharge was successfully applied to the number entered by the user, even if the wrong number was provided
• Change of Mind: The recharge was successfully processed but the user no longer wants it
• Operator Policy: The telecom operator does not support reversal of the applied recharge
• Expired Plans: The recharge plan or validity has already been consumed or expired
• Number Porting: The mobile number was ported to another operator during the transaction
• SIM Deactivation: The target SIM card was inactive or deactivated at the time of recharge

5. How to Request a Refund

6. Refund Processing Timeline

7. Partial Refunds

In certain cases, partial refunds may be issued at the Company's discretion, such as:

• A lower denomination plan was applied due to availability issues (with user notification)
• Service fee adjustment due to promotional campaigns

8. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute through your bank or UPI provider without first contacting us, we reserve the right to:

• Suspend your account pending investigation
• Provide transaction records and evidence to the payment processor
• Charge an administrative fee of SGD 25 for handling disputed transactions

9. Stripe Refund Policy

For UPI payments processed through Stripe, refunds are subject to Stripe's refund processing capabilities and timelines. Stripe's standard refund policies apply in addition to this Refund Policy. For more information, please refer to Stripe's documentation at stripe.com/docs/refunds.

10. Changes to This Policy

FUN FUTURE PTE. LTD. reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.

KYC & AML Policy

1. Introduction

FUN FUTURE PTE. LTD. is committed to maintaining the highest standards of anti-money laundering (AML) compliance and counter-financing of terrorism (CFT). This policy outlines our Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in accordance with Singapore's regulatory requirements, including the Payment Services Act 2019 and guidelines issued by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS).

2. Purpose

The purpose of this KYC & AML Policy is to:

• Prevent the Platform from being used for money laundering or terrorist financing
• Verify the identity of our users to prevent fraud
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations in Singapore
• Protect the integrity of the financial system
• Meet Stripe's compliance requirements for payment processing

3. Customer Identification Program

3.1 Basic KYC (For transactions below SGD 1,000 cumulative per month)

• Full name
• Email address (verified)
• Phone number (verified via OTP)
• Country of residence

3.2 Enhanced KYC (For transactions above SGD 1,000 cumulative per month)

• All Basic KYC information
• Government-issued photo ID (NRIC, passport, or employment pass)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement dated within 3 months)
• Selfie with ID document

4. Transaction Monitoring

We monitor transactions for suspicious activity, including:

• Unusually high transaction volumes or frequencies
• Transactions to multiple different mobile numbers in a short period
• Patterns consistent with structuring (breaking large transactions into smaller amounts to avoid thresholds)
• Transactions from high-risk jurisdictions
• Unusual payment patterns or failed payment attempts

5. Transaction Limits

6. Suspicious Activity Reporting

If we identify suspicious activity that may be related to money laundering or terrorist financing, we are obligated to:

• File a Suspicious Transaction Report (STR) with the Suspicious Transaction Reporting Office (STRO) of Singapore
• Freeze the relevant account pending investigation
• Cooperate with law enforcement and regulatory authorities

We will not inform the user that an STR has been filed, as this is prohibited under Singapore law (Section 48 of the Proceeds of Crime Act).

7. Record Keeping

In accordance with Singapore regulatory requirements, we maintain records of:

• Customer identification documents for a minimum of 6 years after the business relationship ends
• Transaction records for a minimum of 6 years
• Correspondence related to KYC verification
• STRs and related documentation

8. Stripe Compliance

As we utilize Stripe for UPI payment processing, we comply with Stripe's compliance requirements, including:

• Providing necessary user information to Stripe as required for payment processing
• Adhering to Stripe's restricted business policies
• Cooperating with Stripe's compliance investigations
• Implementing Stripe's recommended fraud prevention measures

9. Sanctions Screening

We screen users against relevant sanctions lists, including:

• United Nations Security Council Consolidated List
• Singapore's Targeted Financial Sanctions lists
• Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) Specially Designated Nationals List
• EU Consolidated List of Sanctions

Users found on any sanctions list will be immediately blocked and reported to relevant authorities.

10. User Obligations

By using our Platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful identification information
• Promptly update any changes to your personal information
• Cooperate with any KYC verification requests
• Not use the Platform for any illegal activities
• Not attempt to circumvent transaction limits or KYC requirements

11. Consequences of Non-Compliance

Failure to comply with KYC requirements may result in:

• Suspension of account privileges
• Limitation of transaction amounts
• Account termination
• Reporting to relevant authorities
• Forfeiture of funds in cases of confirmed illegal activity

12. Data Protection

All personal data collected for KYC purposes is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 of Singapore. KYC documents are stored securely with restricted access and are only used for verification and compliance purposes.
